Who can use StarQuest

StarQuest accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Children use the product through a parent's account. By signing up, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Free sessions

Every new account includes 3 free sessions, with no credit card required. Free sessions cover up to 3 children on the same account. After the free sessions are used, a paid subscription is required to continue.

Subscription and billing

StarQuest is billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

Refund policy

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused sessions. If you're unsure whether StarQuest is right for your family, we encourage you to use the 3 free sessions before subscribing.

Your data after cancellation

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your data. Your account, your children's profiles, XP, progress, and concept history are all preserved indefinitely — whether you're on a paid plan or not. If you ever come back, everything will be exactly where you left it.

If you want your data deleted entirely, email us at hi@starquestkids.com and we'll take care of it.

Acceptable use

StarQuest is built for home educational use by families. You agree not to:

• Share your account with people outside your household
• Use the service for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the product

Availability

We do our best to keep StarQuest running reliably, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally take the service down for maintenance. We are not liable for any disruption to service.

Changes to these terms

If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we'll notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of StarQuest after that point means you accept the updated terms.
